What personal data we collect and why we collect it

When you order something from our online shop, we collect the personal information that you share with us as part of the buying and selling process. This includes your name, e-mail address, delivery address and phone number so that we can send the goods to you and contact you if there a problem.

We do not store any credit or debit card details. 

Cookies

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Where is your data stored

We store your information on our database. We will not share your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so.

WordPress and WooCommerce

Our website uses WordPress and WooCommerce. When you place an order, the information you provide is sent to us so that we can process your order, send it to you and get in touch if there are any problems.

Gmail

We use Gmail for all of our email. When you send us an email, your email address and content will be stored on Gmail servers. When you place an order, we will receive an email  notification containing your name, delivery address, phone number and order details.

Mailchimp

If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, we will send you periodic email newsletters to let you know about news, information or deals. You can unsubscribe at any time. Mailchimp’s privacy policy can be found at www.mailchimp.com/legal/privacy.

What rights you have over your data

You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How we protect your data

We take data security seriously and have taken all reasonable measures to make sure that the information you share with us is kept secure. As the internet is not 100% secure, we cannot guarantee the security of the information you send to us, and you do so at your own risk. If we discover any unlawful breach of our database, we will notify the relevant authorities within 72 hours and also contact anyone whose data has been affected.
